Receive free screening for Hepatitis C as well as care, treatment, and support from Durham Community Health Centre professionals. Education to increase Hep C awareness, harm reduction education and supplies, and community resources referrals are provided. In partnership with DCHC Hep C & Harm Reduction Programs.
