Event Details:

The Town of Ajax is developing a new concept design for ACC North Community Park. This new park is planned to help meet the growing needs of the community. The Town is holding an open house to provide the public an opportunity to review the plans and to provide comments. Once the plans have been completed, it is anticipated that the park will be under construction in late spring 2026.

Planned features for the new park will include:

New playground
Skate Park
4 Pickleball courts
2 full-size basketball courts
Outdoor exercise equipment
Seating areas
Gazebo
Lighting
Walkways
Newly planted trees

In addition, the Town plans to transform the existing skate park and basketball court into a new leash-free dog park, as well as convert 2 existing tennis courts into pickleball courts.

Get Involved

A public meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the HMS Community Hall (inside the Ajax Community Centre, 75 Centennial Rd, Ajax, ON L1ST 4S4) to gather feedback on the ACC North Community Park prior to Ajax Council consideration.
